Using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with hwe

Dell R730 with X710 for 10GbE SFP+ (driverversion=2.1.14-k duplex=full firmware=6.00 0x800034e6 18.3.6)

I get:

and it switches between eno1 and eno2, therefore no fun with iscsi

It simply does not work.

But it is fine with kernel 4.13.0-45-generic

No chance for 18.04 LTS so far.
