Yes this has already been identified in #241185.

Well if you or someone else can provide a place for me to upload
fixed packages to then I can build one with this as well as the
i387 crash bug fixed.

You'll find the reason in debian/changelog if you search for core_cia.
In any case, the original bug that prompted this is no longer there
so it can be safely reverted.
