Stephan, with what kernel?

I wasn't getting it with 2.6.12, but it is now noticable with 2.6.15-ubuntulatest. With my machine doing nothing, I am seeing usages of 11%, 44%, 22%, 66% etc. Interestingly all multiples of 11.
