Thanks for your answer Andrew, but that is not what I'm looking for.
I already try with that fix but it is an unofficial fix that get me into another issues like that the kernel is not signed, update errors, etc, etc...
I'm not looking for a fix that makes the sound works whatever it takes, what I'm looking is for an official solution to the missing codec, because is a known issue since 2016 and today the codec is missing in all kernel releases...

Again, thanks for your answer and time! And hope the codec can be included in next kernel releases.

There is some work done for the stock kernels on kernel.org
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115531
but the codec for cx2072x seems not to be included in any official released version of the kernel.

For the time being you most probably can only do your own installation (with signing problems), or wait for an inclusion in the official kernels - expected time frame unknown.
