Install ATI binary driver in Ubuntu 7.04

I have downloaded /home/douglas/Desktop/ati-driver-installer-8.37.6-x86.x86_64.run but am a newbie and do not know how to install same. I have tried restricted drivers to load an ATI driver but nothing happens. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am running Ubuntu 7.04 (Fiesty Fawn) on an AMD 64 3200 @ 2.2Ghz with 160Gb Samsung HDD (IDE) and ATI 9600 AGP Graphics card

on an Asrock Mobo.
