Confirming that a ubuntu commit is in a particular xenial-hwe version

How can I confirm that ubuntu xenial-hwe commit aadd794e744086fb50cdc752d54044fbc14d4adb is in linux-image-generic-hwe-16.04 version 4.15.0.163.156 specifically?

I can see this commit here - https://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-kernel/ubuntu/+source/linux/+git/xenial/commit/?id=aadd794e744086fb50cdc752d54044fbc14d4adb

But here in refs:

I see no hwe version after Ubuntu-hwe-4.15.0-142.146_16.04.1

How can I browse xenial-hwe release 4.15.0.163.156 from launchpad and look if that commit is in linux-image-generic-hwe-16.04 version 4.15.0.163.156 specifically?

Support for Ubuntu 16.04 has ended in April 2021 and this release is now in ESM status.
The files for the newest kernel versions are not available in the standard Ubuntu repositories or on launchpad.net any more, but only on ESM servers.
