compat/devlink/mode is not present after installing linux-generic-hwe-18.04-edge

Hi,
compat/devlink/mode is not present after installing linux-generic-hwe-18.04-edge

After installing linux-generic-hwe-18.04-edge
cannot set "switchdev" for vif interface when configuring asap2 SRIOV networking.

Previously, /sys/class/net/{device}/compat/devlink/mode was available.

There's this Mellanox network card
   Device Type: ConnectX5
   Part Number: MCX511A-ACA_Ax
   Description: ConnectX-5 Network Interface Card; 10 / 25GbE dual-port SFP28; PCIe3.0 x8

We have installed the latest MLNX driver for this card.
