Standard -16 header package missing?

Hello,

I'm currently unable to install linux-headers-3.2.0-16-lowlatency. It depends on linux-headers-3.2.0-16, and only -17 and -18 are in precise repositories.

Is this just a transient issue while stuff is being built?
