You are far too early with such request.

For making kernel version 6.* available as hwe update for already published Ubuntu releases (e.g. 22.04), that version first has to prove that is working well in a development release of Ubuntu.

Ubuntu 22.10 (due tomorrow) will have the 5.19 kernel. I do not know whether Ubuntu 23.04 (letter L) will have a 6.* kernel. If yes, then that kernel version will (most probably) also be offered as hwe update for older Ubuntu releases. But that is future, not before publishing date in April 2023. Maybe you even have to wait for Ubuntu 23.10.

There is a mainline kernel PPA with first candidates of a v6 kernel for manual installation, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds and https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/?C=N;O=D

manual installation is fine for me and way faster then compile from scratch. I was just hoping for a official hwe.
at least 5.19 should be fine for intel gen12 but not amd.
thanks

v6.0.1 for amd64 seems available in the mainline kernel PPA, just failed testing, for 6.0.2 already the compilation failed.
So even more: Please be patient!

linux-hwe-5.19 is currently in preparation, see Bug #1992162
