What is the compatible kernel for Intel 13th gen and Nvidia RTX 4070?

My laptop (Intel 13th gen, nvidia rtx4070) system crashes after few minutes of use everytime. I've installed Ubuntu 22.04.3, tried with 6.5.5-1-liquorix-amd64 kernel without success. My system still crashes even without nvidia drivers active. Btw I managed to install Nvidia drivers + CUDA Toolkit but the sympthom remains.

When it breaks all applications close and can't open anything, not even my terminal. Any guidance I've been struggling with this for days.
