Ubuntu 19.10 Hotspot problem.

My hotspot stops working after sometime (usually when I lock my laptop and open it again) on ubuntu 19.10 and only way to get it back running is restarting the laptop. The hotspot doesn't turn off but no device connects to it even if I restart the hotspot after.
Same problem was in ubuntu 18.10 as well.
When I try scanning for wifi on any other device, the hotspot shows up on some devices but they can't connect to it and other devices do not even detect the hotspot.

I am using Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-51-73SR)
