Will the 3.1 kernel be backported to Precise?

Having seen that a kernel based on the newer L4T 3.1 branch exists in Quantal: Will it be backported?

Oh no, I was under the impression that this question is filed under "linux-ac100". I'm talking about the kernel specific to the Toshiba ac100 arm netbook, "linux-ac100" package.
