There is an unofficial PPA you can use but we cannot support it too much.
http://ubuntuguide.net/install-kernel-3-5-rc-ubuntu-12-04-precise-using-ppa

If you get issues I suggest you contact the maintainer.

Is this what you mean?

Oh no, I was under the impression that this question is filed under "linux-ac100". I'm talking about the kernel specific to the Toshiba ac100 arm netbook, "linux-ac100" package.

My mistake. I misread. I suggest you report a bug. Maybe others can advise

Maybe there is a PPA:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas

Can you help with this problem?
