update linphone to 3.7.0 in saucy or trusty ?

Do you think it's possible to update linphone to the latest version before 14.04 is out... Would be great !!!
What is the best place to do this kind of request ?

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated.
