autologin crashes Radiance theme

Hello

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 (Unity) Radiance theme. When I enable autologin the theme loads with dark menu and title bars although they should be white. It seems that it shows the ones from Ambiance. If I logout and login again, the theme loads correctly.

Any idea how to fix this?
