libzstd 1.5.2+dfsg2-2 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

libzstd (1.5.2+dfsg2-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fix a FTBFS on i386 (and on any arch where DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH is not
    the same as DEB_HOST_GNU_TYPE).
  * Correctly point the debhelper cmake tools to build/cmake/ as
the source directory instead of passing it as a positional argument
that is not expected by Buildsystem::cmake.
