new version 0.9.6 of libvpx

There is a new verison of the VP8/webm codec. It's will be included in Ubuntu 11.04?
The new version is 0.9.6 and has improved speed and quality of the encode process.

ppa:chromium-daily/ppa

Add that PPA and install libvpx

If you uprade with the PPA enabled you will get the daily build of Chromium browser (Which I personally use and it rocks but its a case of !wfm)
