Change to libusb 1.0.3-1

I use dfu-programmer and it doesn't work correctly. I think it is because of having both versions of libusb installed on my system.
I can't compile neither from the source because it can't find the last version of the developing files.

Will my problems disappear with only libusb 1.0.3-1 on my system? I don't really know but the performance will increase. I think.
