Request for replacement of 'test-thwbrk' source

Current 'test-thwbrk' program is useless anywhere else but 'make test' within the package.

The program is modified to allow more general testing (breaking of Thai text - in UTF8) from stdin or a text file.
The change makes possible to use test-thwbrk in libthai as a Thai word breaker in the same way as 'swath'.
Copy of new source code is posted in a separate email to Theppitak Karoonboonyanan <email address hidden>.

This is not an urgent request but a useful one for libthai users.
