* debian/patches/skip-broken-reftests.diff:
-ignore the svg1_1_filters_conv 02 and 04 tests not only on bigendian
architectures, they are also failing on ppc64el

* Add patch to skip two failing reftests, big-endian specific failures
* Stop using d/control.in and dh_gnome_clean
* Build-depend on libgirepository too, bump rustc version acccording
to upstream requirements
