Version update for Xenial

Hi there,

We'd like to upgrade the version of `librsvg2-bin` for Xenial that we're using to resolve some intermittent svg conversion issues we're seeing. It looks like the latest available version for Xenial is 2.40.13-3, but librsvg is up to 2.48. Running the newer version on my Mac resolves the issue. Is there any chance you could release a newer version?

Maybe there are PPAs with sufficiently high versions, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas?name_filter=librsvg

Note that Xenial is EOL in April next year. You're into the final year of support. I recommend you think about making plans to upgrade soon for continued support
