Ugly appearance in KDE desktop

I installed recent LibreOffice version (4.0) but it looks so ugly in my Linux as shown in the following picture... how can I fix this issue?

I took this[1] installation instructions

The installation instructions you followed are the correct instructions.. !

If LibreOffice 4.0 is not fit good in your Operating System (Desktop Environment) , revert back the the current LibreOffice version.

Maybe LibreOffice 4.0 is not integrated correctly with KDE.. who knows ? Is so new...

Actually I reverted back because it's not integrated correcttly with KDE, I think I've to wait until ubuntu update their official packages.
