toolbar palette will not go away

The question actually refers to Libre Office, however somehow a toolbar palette has anchored itself under the top panel, thereby hiding it's own toolbar. I cannot kill it.

My question: how to get the palette out from underneath the panel.

I, after studying the documentation some more found the resolution to the above problem:

Place the mouse pointer near the icons in the left side of the box and double click there, the "palette" which actually is a dockable toolbar will go away.

This documentation is found on page 13 of the Calc documentation.

Thanks to any who looked at this and was unable to help.

This solved my problem.
