opening WebDAV docs and cookies

Asked by Лев

How can I provide cookies (from FF, for example) on opening webDAV docs?

More question:
Or is there any solution to auto open office docs in libreoffice in editing mode via webdav (clicking links to docs in FireFox)?

A better way to access WebDAV files is to open the file manager and go File > Connect to Server and select Type WebDAV or Secure WebDAV. This should mount your WebDAV folder and show the files in the file manager. If the files there are a type that can be opened by LibreOffice, all you need to do is double click them.

Rather old but at least with some screenshots.

In case of connection failure, for 'Folder' instead 'webdav' rather insert slash '/' (without quotation).

I have a neat answer to the second question. See

http://www.heute-morgen.de/site/03_Web_Tech/60_CMS_with_WebDAV_and_Openoffice.shtml

Just click on "Edit" at the bottom of the page to test if it works for you.

Can you help with this problem?
