how to turn off auto outline feature

I need to know how to turn off the feature that makes an outline automatically...

For instance,

If I type notes in a text document and label them as "I" and then hit the return key, the document automatically creates an entry for "II"

I want this to end. Is there a way to turn this feature off?

Try

Tools->AutoCorrect Options->options

then untick "Apply numbering - symbol : *"
