I want to get Libre Office into a Folder Which will be on my Taskbar thing.

Asked by Kyle Kuhn

I've been trying to sh a folder on my Taskbar, but it won't let me do that. All the Icons Darken Out and it won't let me put the folder on my taskbar.

Which desktop do you use? Gnome? KDE? XFCE?

...and which version of Ubuntu are you using?

If it is 11.04 (Natty), are you using Unity?

If it is Unity, what do you mean by the 'taskbar'? (Unity has the Launcher down the side, the Panel across the top and the Dash which appears when you press the Super key.)

Are you trying to get a folder icon on the 'taskbar', i.e. for a folder containing LibreOffice document files? Or are you wanting LibreOffice program icons?

It is Unity, it is the launcher.
