Context dropboxs are blacked out under toolbar icons

In Libreoffice the context boxes under the icons on the toolbars and other places with dropboxes have only a blacked out box. I can find nothing to change to get the background so the characters will show.

I didn't know that I could change the theme. Are you talking about just Libre or the whole system?

Changed the colors for the toolbar. It worked!
