Hi

I am working in the dark here as I am not at my home computer and have not got Evolution configured on this netbook, but here are a couple of ideas to try.

First find a pdf file on system. You can save the pdf you re trying to open to your hard drive. Then right click on it to see what the system wants to open it with. If its is not Adobe, then use 'Open with other Application' and find Adobe in the list. Make sure 'Remember this application...' is checked and click Open. This might set Adobe as the default.

If that is no good, have a look in Evolution Preferences for its 'mime types' list. I've no idea about how you might change from LibreOffice to Adobe because, as I have said, I don't have Evolution set up here with me.

Now, if you are not using Evolution, let us know and someone else might be able to help you.

Tony
