refereces in the same page

I have to write the references in the page of my text, so i need two spaces to fill , one with the text I'm writing, and the other, above with the references. I try the application footer but it copy the same text in all my pages and this is not what i want. The text i write has to stay in the page I wrote it without coping. I'm using Libreoffice writing

Hi Luca

Probably what you want is

Insert > Footnote/Endnote

When you get the window for it, click on Help to find out a bit more of what it does.
