how can I find page set up to change a document from potrait to landscape

How can I change a document from being a portrait to a landscape. Where is the page set up located. I can't seem to find it

Go to File > Print.

In the General tab, select your printer and click Properties...

In the Paper tab, there is a drop-down menu for Orientation--you can change it from Portrait to Landscape.
