Try:

mv ~/.libreoffice ~/.libreoffice_old

Then rerun the app. Is it ok?

Hi Thank you for feed back
when you say (try) I take it you mean run it in the terminal
If so this is what I did - (if not can you give more details as how to apply this line of command)
but there is no change,
I can now open then if I first open LibreOffice and go to open - find and open them then, the problem seem to be with the link to the lcon in my documents, it will initiate the launching of LibreOffice's first screen, but them a blank white screen when the page and all the menu of the program should be displayed.
Hope this explanation may be of some help for you to better under what is happening.

When I closed the terminal and went back to my Documents and tried it again, everything seemed to work fine Thank You actionparsnip, this command must only initiate at the closing of the terminal you can ignore (#2) as this solved the problem
