Letter wizard in Libre Office writer not working

Can you describe the problem in greater detail? What happens when you try to use the wizard?

Hi there

When I tried clicking on letter in the wizard nothing happened at all, but I
am glad to say that I have now overcome the problem by re downloading the
app again & now it works OK, thank you for your response .

I link to the wizard and select letter. A blank letter comes up , but not the options described in help
