This is the Language support for Libreoffice suite. See here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LibreOffice

It is OK.

Thanks

Give the results of this command

~$ dpkg -l | grep -i language-pack

see what languages you have installed. Did you read the Web Link I gave you in first answer ?

This package libreoffice-l10n is a localization depends from the languages you have installed.

Thanks

Then is OK. You have no problem .

You have installed the English Language and Thai Language .

The packages you see Libreoffice wants to install , are the locale languages packages.

"libreoffice-l10n-th" is for the Thai Language

and all the rest are for the English Language. If you run this command

~$ sudo locale-gen

you will see all the locales. English Language have lot of locales, not only English-US.

Thanks
