no unix-java in java.library.path

Asked by kesten broughton

Hi,
I'm trying to build a project in eclipse (appcelerator actually) and get the following error:

at se.nicklasgavelin.sphero.example.Example_Site_API$ConnectThread.run(Example_Site_API.java:157)
Exception in thread "Thread-1" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no unix-java in java.library.path
 at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1681)
 at java.lang.Runtime.loadLibrary0(Runtime.java:840)

It seems to be related to a bug reported in fedora.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=744672

I am running ubuntu 12.04. The link to the patch mentioned in bugzilla no longer works. Has this patch been applied to Ubuntu's package or is there a way to correct this?

thanks

kesten
