Cannot mount iPad 2 with iOS7?

Asked by blaquesmith

When trying to mount my iPad2 running iOS7 7.0.3 in Saucy, I keep getting an infinite bucle of the "Trust this computer? Yes/No" in my iPad, and It appears locked to the system.

I read in your website that you got iOS7 working, so I don't know what's wrong.

Thank you very much.

When you last unplugged the device, did you use the safe removal feature before physically unplugging it?

I always try and unmount the devices before unplugging. I might have forgotten once or twice with some USB or my phone, but with the iPad I seldom do, since I don't leave it plugged to the computer for a lot of time. Just plug it, transfer the files to the iPad, unmount, unplug. I usually do it before leaving home, it's not like I forget if I unmounted it or not.

Even rebooting the iPad and the desktop computer, it doesn't work. The "trust this computer?" dialog appears, I press "trust", and then it goes into a bucle, displaying the same dialog again and again.

If it was a mounting problem, like sometimes with the USB drives, usually you unmount, mount again, and that's it. The problem is that with the "trust" dialog appearing there, I can't do or try anything at all.
