Outdated version exiftool

Hi

the version of exiftool is quite outdated in natty, it is maybe worth updating since new functionality is added.

the package is called libimage-exiftool-perl I think the latest stable version is 8.50 while the packaged version in 8.15

Log a bug stating what bug fixes and security holes the new version closes. If they are significant then it will be updated

It being 'old' in your eyes won't get it added immediately, if there is a need for it then it will be upgraded. The versions in the repos are tested and are known to work. Ubuntu is aimed at NEW users so the devs try and make sure the versions are solid so people get a good first experience of Linux. You willfind a lot of the packages are not the very latest.
