Copyright of libice-dev 2:1.0.8-2 does not exist

Hi, at the https://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/amd64/libdevel/libice-dev
the link at copyright: http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/libi/libice/libice_1.0.8-2/copyright

does not function, I receive the message:

Not Found

The requested URL /changelogs/pool/main/libi/libice/libice_1.0.8-2/copyright was not found on this server.

Could you please send me the right link or update the link at that page?

I suggest that you download the libice-dev_1.0.8-2_amd64.deb file.
In the data part of the package file in /usr/share/doc/libice-dev/copyright you should find the copyright.
