Setting up MythTV with HDHomeRun doesn't show ATSC, only NTSC

I am new to Mythbuntu and MythTV I am trying to put together a HTPC using Silicondust HD HomeRun tuner and MythTV . In scan configuration - full scan - nothing comes up, I have tried different setting to no avail. Help please

MSI K9A Platinum mother bd
AMD Athalon 64 dual core processor 5600+
2 Gig memory
Saphire X1950 XT Video card

Are you suing 64bit version of Ubuntu? On my 64bit machine the 32bit version works much much better. Ubuntu is great at multi-threading on 32bit versions and the only other advantage of 64bit versions seems to be that it can address over 2Gb Ram, which i also don't have. lol, so try 32bit version too and hopefully these problems will be solved already :

PS by going through "Manual" partitioning rather than "Guided" you can carefully make sure that none of the partitions get formatted which helps preserve data.
