I normally upgrade 1 to 2 month prior to each new release.
However, due to this bug I'm staying on 16.04.5 until 2021, or until I discover something that has all the features that shutter does.
I took shutter for granted before the rug was yank out from under me. I'd pay $100.00 to the man who can get shutter back into the main repositories of 18.04+.
