libgocr missing in intrepid

Hi

why are libgocr0 packages missing in intrepid ?

I'm currently building an app that would need OCR feature and i find it's better doing it using a library rather than calling the executable ... i'd like to build this app for ubuntu linking dynamically this library rather than statically ...
