* Team upload.

- Avoid the use of unsafe integer overflow checking constructs
(CVE-2019-9278) (Closes: #945948).
- Avoid implicit behaviour by casting to unsigned int before shifting left.

* libexif12.symbols: Specify libexif-dev in the Build-Depends-Package
