  * New upstream release.
    - Portability fixes for Solaris, macOS and AIX.
    - Build fixes for the modern C effort.
    - Adjust declaration shadowing to match new glibc additions.
    - Manual page sync to get rid of the last BSD-4-Clause license.
    - Manual pages, documentation and build system cleanups.
  * Update copyright file, all BSD-4-Clause manual pages have been replaced.
  * Remove upstream patches.
  * Switch autopkgtest dependency from pkg-config to pkgconf.
  * Wrap fields in debian/tests/control.
