[INTREPID]: Instant timeout when using GnuCash with AqBanking

Hi,

I always get a timeout in each HBCI transaction I try when using GnuCash (see #5973). Please see

As has been written here: https://devel.aqbanking.de/trac/aqbanking/ticket/32 this bug is fixed by setting "Force SSLv3" in the HBCI settings.
