Terminal: less command, how to get to the home directory from the end

i was doing a less command, i got to the end but can't get back to home directory. is there some type of ctrl -c or ctrl -e command to use?

Please explain better your problem...
If I understend well, you want to go back to your home from root ( / ) in the terminal, if yes, run this command:
cd ~
