When is ledger 3.0 going to be packaged?

I see that ledger 2.6.2 is still the current version, but the 3.0 series is where the activity is. Can we expect a package for 3.0 for Raring?

I think you should ask the debian packagers /or Ubuntu packages , although the usually answer to such question is " When it's ready" ..

I assume you know how to install ledger 3.0 on Ubuntu (many tutorials and guides on Web) , but you ask if ever will be packaged for Ubuntu.

Sorry to bug all of you, I saw "Ask a question" on the package page and thought that would go to the packagers.

In case anyone else is wondering, there is a PPA but it's somewhat outdated (from February). Debian has a package of 3.0.0 from April in experimental.

I ended up building it myself, but it's always nicer to use prebuilt so you don't have build-depends on your system.
