anchordockingdsgn.lpk missing in Lazarus i386 package

In Ubuntu 14.10 and Lazarus 1.2.4 the (IDE) package anchordockingdsgn.lpk is missing.
It is included in Lazarus since the 0.9.x versions, so I'm wondering why it is missing in the Ubuntu package i386?

Downloading the files from Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/lazarus_1.2.4%2Bdfsg.orig.tar.gz) the package is present in /components/anchordocking/design/anchordockingdsgn.lpk.

Is this a bug in the i386 version of the package only?

According to the following URL

the file anchordockingdsgn.lpk is only in the lazarus-ide-0.9.30.2 package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, but not in newer versions of Ubuntu. (any release after 12.04 LTS)
