I need Lazarus 0.30.9.4 for ubuntu 12.04.

Lazarus 0.30.9.2 from the ubuntu repository has a bug which causes it to lock up from time to time in ubuntu 12.04. The work around is very inconvenient. Lazarus 0.30.9.4 is available for windows and rpm systems. When can I expect it for ubuntu?

May have a PPA for your Precise. Check each one and filter so it only shows Precise.

Sorry, the PPA does not have Lazarus for the Precise Pangolin, and the versions available are not up to date. Will have to trey again later I guess.

Thanks for pushing me. I checked only the lazarus one at the top.
Found a lazarus 0.9.30.4 in doublecmd, but when I ordered the install, it wanted to give me fpc 2.4.4. The latest Lazarus uses fpc 2.6, so I aborted. Thanks for the help. I will continue to look in this area for further developments.

Thanks for the answers.
I used the instructions as you have shown them. The terminal showed a list of items to be installed. Included was fpc 2.4.4. Since Lazarus 0.30.9.4 s[ecifially requires fpc 2.6.x, I t was not what I require. I will continue to struggle with the previous Lazarus which I can get from the ubuntu sources, and await a ubuntu update for the new version.
