Which Release do you use? If you use Feisty a Window must blow up and will show you which Packet you have to install. Thats a new feature in Feisty

I have Ubuntu Kernal 2.6.20-16 installed,

I don't see any pop up windows, when I run the Edit Profiles. Maybe I am not starting from the right place.
I am editing from the Rythem Box Music Player and or the Sound Juicer CD Extractor.

Should I be some where else??

In universe there is a package called gstreamer0.8-lame which containst the library libgstlame.so. Since gstreamer is at version 0.10 I wonder if this is an old or deprecated version.
In multiverse there is gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse which contains libgstlame.so, so I guess it would be safer to use this one.
