Which application are you using?

In most applications (firefox, totem movie player) you can use F11 to toggle full screen / windowed display.

Pressing the function key F11, only brings up "Frames per second" display in KXMAME application. Was wondering if there is another method of Toggling between Full Screen and windowed display. On the Internet it mentions <LEFT ALT> + <HOME> but that doesn't work either... Thanks for quick reply though...

Not function-F11...
Just F11.

Yes, I was referring to just F11
(The old-fashioned terms for those keys were called "function" keys - man, I must be a Grey-Beard now... ), but I'm just pressing F11...
I'm wondering if there is any app specific key combination in KXMame...

Heh, gotcha... function-11...
Well, just installed kxmame to take a peek and I gotta say, I feel your pain. If the option is there, it sure as heck isn't jumping out at us.
I did find this, for what it's worth:

http://ge.ubuntuforums.com/showthread.php?t=558935

According to the above (and I did not fact check) the version in the Ubuntu repos is old... There is a workaround offered in the thread.
Good luck, old man! Post back if it works, maybe I need to kick it old school with some mame, myself.
=)

Can you help with this problem?
