Kubuntu (Oneiric): Cannot see buttons close/mazimize/minimize in any of the application.

Hi,
I just installed Kubuntu which comes with Oneiric Ubuntu.
After logging in i am finding few things missing, i wanted to know if its a bug.

$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=11.10
DISTRIB_CODENAME=oneiric
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 11.10"

82865G Integrated Graphics Controllers aren't great. You may need to set an xorg.conf file to get a decent display..
