kubuntu 16.04 daily build Driver-manager not working

I did a fresh install today of Kubuntu 16.04 from the daily build. Everything is working except the driver-manager within the settings panel. Fortunately, I can install nvidia drivers manually. Is there a way to capture information to send to bug reports.
